Currently, our shipments are only available to countries within the European Union and for The United States. All orders will be shipped directly from the artisan workshops in Italy, and will be delivered, safely and securely, to your home via the various couriers.

Shipping times vary from work to work and are included within the artworks detail.

Shipping costs vary following this pattern:

• Italy €9,99 for Artist, and free for the orders over €80,00
• Rest of the European Union €28.00 for Artist
• United States €80.00 for Artist

In case you change your mind and decide to return your purchase, we will ensure a simple return procedure. Just contact our team (info@matericart.com) who will accompany you with the utmost professionalism and attention in every step of the return process, which must take place within 14 days from the delivery of the product.

You will be able to ship the product in its original packaging, with a courier of your choice. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any import duties in Italy. Once the products reach our warehouse and are confirmed to be in the same state as they were shipped, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Remember that we cannot accept returns on products that have been customized specifically for you. We are confident that you will be satisfied with our care and professionalism under all circumstances.
